Ark Flea Market is a community trading service for Ark: Survival Ascended. We connect buyers with sellers for in-game items, kits, dinos, boss-fight carries, and related services. All trades are arranged and completed through our Discord server. Prices shown on this website are for reference; the actual transaction takes place in Discord between the buyer and the seller.
You must be old enough to make a purchase under the laws of your country, and if you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You are responsible for making sure that buying or selling in-game items is permitted where you live.
To place an order, connect your Discord account on the site, add items to your cart, and click "Purchase via Discord." A ticket is automatically created in our Discord server and a seller will claim it. Payment is made directly to the seller using the payment methods they accept (for example PayPal or card). Delivery of items takes place in-game and may not be instant, as buyer and seller need to be online at the same time. We aim to complete orders as quickly as possible.
Prices are shown in euros (€) for reference. Prices may change at any time, and a price is only confirmed once you and a seller agree it in Discord.
Because our products are digital in-game goods and services, all sales are final once delivered. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver your order. If a seller cannot complete an order you have paid for, you are entitled to a full refund of that order. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, buyer error, loss of items in-game after delivery, or account actions taken against you by the game's developers.
If you have a problem with an order, contact us in Discord first — we will always try to resolve it fairly. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in your order being cancelled, delivery withheld, and your access to the Shop and Discord being suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We review disputes on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery to the payment provider.
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or remove access to our Shop and Discord for anyone who is abusive, attempts fraud, charges back in bad faith, or breaks our Discord rules.
You understand that buying and selling in-game items may be against the terms of service of Ark: Survival Ascended, and that any consequences to your game account resulting from a trade are your own responsibility. Ark Flea Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Studio Wildcard or the makers of Ark: Survival Ascended.
The Shop and its services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ark Flea Market is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Shop, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Shop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
